Reset Your Okta Password

If you've forgotten your Okta password or need to reset it, you can do so from the Okta login page.

Prerequisites

  • Access to your 11x email account

  • Your 11x Okta domain: 11x.okta.com

Reset your password

To reset your Okta password:

  1. Go to 11x.okta.com

  2. Select Need help signing in?

  3. Select Forgot password?

  4. Enter your 11x email address.

  5. Select Reset via Email.

  6. Check your email for a password reset link from noreply@okta.com.

    • If you don't see the email within 2 minutes, check your spam folder.

  7. Select the link in the email.

  8. Enter a new password that meets the listed requirements.

  9. Select Reset Password.

You are automatically signed in and can access your applications.

Password requirements

Your password must:

  • Be at least 12 characters long

  • Contain uppercase and lowercase letters

  • Contain at least one number

  • Contain at least one special character (!@#$%^&*)

  • Not be a previously used password

Troubleshooting

Reset email not received

If you don't receive the reset email:

  1. Check your spam folder for emails from noreply@okta.com.

  2. Wait 5 minutes and request another reset. There's a cooldown period between requests.

  3. If you still don't receive the email after 10 minutes, contact IT support in the #ask-it Slack channel.

Locked out of email and Okta

If you cannot access your email or Okta account:

  1. Post in the #ask-it Slack channel, or

  2. Email it@11x.ai from a personal email address

Include your name and the error message you're seeing.
